Free trishaw rides for people who can no longer cycle themselves.

You sit up front in a comfortable seat. A trained volunteer pedals the trishaw — an electric-assisted bike with two seats.

No fee, no membership. We're a charity run by volunteers — rides are free, always.

Anyone can ride
Wheelchair users, care home residents, anyone who misses being out in the fresh air.
I'd like a ride
For yourself, a parent, a resident or a patient. Find your nearest group on the map above and get in touch — they'll arrange a time and tell you where to meet.
Care homes, GP surgeries and social prescribers: groups can take regular bookings for several residents. Ask them about a standing slot.
I'd like to help
Pilots pedal the trishaw — full training given, no special fitness needed, and you're never sent out alone at first. There's plenty to do off the bike too.
